This Limited-Edition Oris Timepiece Honors One of Baseball’s Greats For over 119 years, Oris has produced stylish, high-quality timepieces. Now, the Swiss watch brand’s limited-edition Big Crown Pointer Date celebrates baseball Hall-of-Famer and humanitarian Hank Aaron. Celebrated for his storied professional baseball career, Aaron also defied racism and became an agent of social change with the The Hank Aaron Chasing the Dream Foundation.
By the time he retired in 1976, Aaron had set a number of MLB records, some that still stand today: most career RBIs (2,297); and total bases (6,856). “Mr. Aaron is an inspiration.
