A Partnership Coordinator who delights in helping trusted health leaders share LMNT with their communities. The person will identify, prioritize, and establish meaningful human relationships with partners, negotiate contracts with agreed-upon deliverables, launch campaigns with partner-specific assets and language, measure performance, iterate, improve, or discontinue the collaboration. Requires 3+ years of partnership, affiliate, or comparable ecommerce marketing experience, with previous CPG experience highly valued.
A Wholesale Coordinator who will serve as the main point of contact to vet and onboard new wholesale partners. This person will evaluate and qualify applications, serve as the initial touchpoint for educational materials/account support and thrives in opportunities to build connections and relationships. 3-5 years experience in sales, marketing or customer service. Beverage/CPG relevant experience is highly valued as well as rigorous attention to detail in efficient processes (CRM system knowledge, strong written and verbal communication skills).
A Business Operations Coordinator who quietly exudes unflappability while balancing a cutting attention-to-detail, ability to see the big picture and organic default to communicate with clarity. No two days will look the same as the scope of this role spans heavy involvement in high exposure product and strategic launches to keeping the LMNT train on the salt track through effective management of supporting functions of the business. 4-6+ years operations, go-to-market or project management experience. Digital brands a plus.
A Retail & Sales Beverage Executive who has deep knowledge and relationships in the retail channel. Someone who has built and led teams and is not afraid to question “how we’ve always done it” while maintaining best in class relationships with retail buyers. 10+ years experience.
