Finished in port wine barrels, the bourbon itself will add smooth and bittersweet dimensions to your Manhattan. HOW TO MAKE:

Angel’s Envy Black Manhattan

Stirring
spoon

Jigger

You'll need:

	2 oz. Angel’s Envy Bourbon
	1 oz. Averna
	1 dash Angostura bitters
	1 dash orange bitters
	Ice
	Cherry and orange peel to garnish

Steps:

1.	Pour all liquid ingredients into a glass.
2.	Stir.
3.	Strain.
4.	Sit.
5.	Good boy.
6.	Serve in a coupe glass.
7.	Throw on the garnishes.
