We’re in the midst of a very busy holiday season and wanted to share with you some updates about what to expect once you’ve placed your order with Blume.
I’m sure you’ve seen the memes and heard the news about this global supply chain crisis. We’re here to talk about it a bit more and what it means for getting you your Blume order.
Shipping carriers are experiencing delays across the country, which means the time to scan orders and get tracking updates can take up to 72 hours (and sometimes more).
This means that over the next few weeks, we’re anticipating some longer shipping times and tracking delays.
If you place an order between now and Christmas, we expect processing times to be 3-5 business days and shipping to take an additional 3-9 business days in the US, with additional delays for our Canadian customers. As carriers and customs officers work through the high volume of shipments this year, shipping timelines may change.
Oh, and don’t forget! If you need your Blume order before December 25th, be sure to order as quickly as possible. While we can’t guarantee any deliveries this year, the sooner you place your order, the better chance you’ll have to receive it by Christmas.
