I started Four Sigmatic in 2012 with the intention of helping people elevate their daily wellness with the world’s most nutrient dense ingredients — these “four sigmatic” ingredients*. This inspiration came from growing up in Finland (a place with more saunas than cars!) and spending time on our family farm — which we’ve had since at least 1619.
I wanted to bring that Nordic wellness and those daily habits to the United States where I now live, as well as other places throughout the world.
