Inspired by a Berliner Weisse-style, this fruited sour is dry with medium-body. Peach, Strawberry, and Pink Guava create a delightlful fruit medley that packs a tart punch. Delicous enough to enjoy on it's own or serve as a great addition to any punch bowl.

PLANT + SIP WORKSHOP

Wednesday, December 8 join us for an evening of both at our Plant and Sip workshop hosted by Maryah Greene of Greene Piece, presented by TALEA and GIRL GANG NYC. The giving season is officially upon us. Here at TALEA we support giving and gifting to your friends and loved ones, but we also support giving a little to yourself ;)

GIRL GANG NYC is a creative studio and community that strives to create immersive experiences to foster cross-community connections in order for everyone's networks to blossom and grow.

Greene Piece offers collaborative and individualized plant care knowledge and expertise to foster a functional, accessible and long term green space. At this event Maryah will lead guests through a potting and plant care workshop as well as answer all the burning plant health questions you've scoured plant Tiktok to find the answer to. Each guest will choose one of several varieties of 4" plant from Tula Plants & Design a beautiful 6" ceramic pot (a $65 value). This hand-potted beauty may be the perfect gift for a deserving plant lover this holiday season, or it may just be the thing your own apartment needs to get through 4pm sunsets.

While you plant, you'll sip on a custom TALEA Beer Flight of our famous sours, IPAs, and seasonal brews. Each flight will include four pours of beer, plus some printed tasting notes and background on each draft.

Grab 2 or more tickets together, and we'll reserve a spot for you and your party together. This is the perfect date night or girls night out before the craziness of the holiday season.

HOLIDAY JAZZ NIGHT

Friday, December 10,
6:00pm to 9:00pm

The best way to spread holiday cheer? Great music and winter beer. Celebrate the best of the season at TALEA through an evening of live jazz with the incredible Patty Irwin and a holiday beer flight tasting for two.
Grab a friend, loved one, or fellow beer enthusiast to join you at a table for two. Seatings begin at 6pm and you’ll be greeted with a welcome splash of sparkling wine plus a cheese plate for two. Our expert beer crew will then walk you through the tasting notes of our winter beer flight.

Music will begin at 7pm and include a mix of jazz standards, pop covers, and of course a bit of holiday music. Once you’ve finished your flight tasting, you can order your favorite beer or anything off our menu from your server!

HOLIDAY CANDLEMAKING CLASS

Join us for a themed candle-making workshop and winter beer flight tasting. Attendees will participate in an immersive experience to sample beers and fragrances - a multi-sensory experience of tasting, smelling, candle making, and of course drinking.

Tickets include a welcome beer, a 4-beer flight tasting, fragrance-flight to sample fragrances that complement beers, all materials needed to make candles, and a detailed explanation of the beers and fragrances. Yemmie will also provide additional materials to help wrap and package your candle so it's ready for gifting, this is the perfect unique and thoughtful gift for the holiday season.

Participants will walk away with unique handmade candles in a festive gift box.
