Named after one of the proprietors of the estate, Bettina Bryant, this Cabernet-based blend is beyond memorable. Cabernet comes from their estate vineyard on Pritchard Hill, a tiny area known for growing beautiful grapes! From there, they source tiny amounts of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot from their friend David Abreu (who has gorgeous fruit of his own!). Dark, brooding fruit meets savory charcoal and tobacco notes, but a hint of floral gives this full-bodied red an elegant lift.
