Meet our new Bottled Sours!
Colorful, flavorful, and ready for all of your celebrations!
The Sour Bottle Series is a culinary spin on our sours. We took one barrel of three of our sour beers and added savory ingredients. These beers then underwent a second fermentation in bottle with champagne yeast. They are dry, refreshing, tangy, with another level of complexity from ingredients like basil and mustard seed!
They were lovingly hand-labeled, hand-numbered, and hand-waxed.
These bottles are only available in our taproom and are extremely limited! They are $25 for each (750 ml) and will be available beginning tomorrow, October 22nd.

POMBERRY SPLASH WITH SUMAC
Â
Splash, our light-bodied sour ale, brewed with pomegranate, blueberry, and conditioned on sumac, then refermented in bottle with champagne yeast! This beer is an easy-drinking 4.2%.

INDIGO CRUSH WITH BASIL
Â
Indigo Crush, our very berry forward sour ale, was brewed with 1,400 lbs of blackberry and blueberry and pounds of Pink Himalayan sea salt to create this a tangy, salty gose. We then conditioned this beer on basil leaves and refermented in bottle with champagne yeast. This beer is a refreshing 5.2%.

PINEAPPLE PAPAYA PUNCH WITH MUSTARD SEED, FENUGREEK, HABANERO
Â
Pineapple Papaya Punch, our tropical sour ale, was brewed with pineapple, papaya, and mango. We conditioned one barrel of this beer on mustard seed, fenugreek, and raw habanero peppers. The result is a fruity, spicy, tangy beer inspired by an Indian mango pickle. This beer is a smooth yet spicy 6% ABV.

Lager with Blood Orange & White Peppercorn | 5.4%
Light-bodied and crisp with a hint of citrus and spice, this is your perfect winter lager. Brewed with blood orange and conditioned on dried orange peel and white peppercorn, the citrusy kick and sprinkle of spice is your new go-to on a cool, yet sunny day.

On Wednesday, we will be brewing a beer to raise awareness about breast cancer (1 in 8 women develop breast cancer). We're collaborating with CLS Farms and Gooding Farms, two female-led hop farms, for this beer. We are inviting our community to learn about hops through the sensory experience of hop rubbing and rub elbows with these amazing women. Their hops, El Dorado and Idaho Gem, will be showcased in this collaboration brew - a witbier named "Rose Gold Wit."
To participate, come by our taproom on Wendesday, October 27 at 2pm!
