In the fall of 2019, while visiting the Hollywood Farmers Market (btw, go if you've never been), we came across a vendor from the Central Valley with the most beautiful, shiny, red apples. They were Honeycrisp Apples and we fell in love.
Honeycrisps are crisp (like their name implies), sweet and tart with a light berry flavor. So special are these apples that we made them into a wellness drink.
