Al Dente features bittering hops, creating the slight bite enhanced by lager yeast. Sun Up’s lead hops, Mosaic and Idaho 7, create pineapple aromas from our dry-hopping methods.
The sours on this flight feature tropical fruits - one dry, one slightly sweet. Pineapple Papaya Punch tastes like a sip of a tropical cocktail, with a light tartness and smooth-ness from the papaya and mango. Tropicberry Tart Deco, our most famous Sour IPA, amps up the fruit flavor of its pink guava, passionfruit, and raspberry with a touch of residual sweetness.
