How it started- Many of you know that we started our Lupii adventure in 2019. But why were we making lupini better bars in the first place?
Our story begins with Isabelle, our Co-Founder. A native of Luxembourg, she grew up familiar with the lupini bean, a pickled snack enjoyed by the Italian and Greek communities.
As fate would have it, she met Allie (also our Co-Founder) on a sunny Saturday morning in 2019. There sat two passionate plant eaters ready to bring a new protein to town. The rest is history.
