e-Gift Card General Terms
Purchase, use, or acceptance of e-Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the full terms and conditions applicable to the card. E-Gift Cards may only be purchased and redeemed by residents of the United States. E-Gift Cards are redeemable in any U.S. Sugarfina retail boutique, or online at Sugarfina.com. E-Gift Cards will not be redeemable at Nordstrom shop-in-shops or any other locations where Sugarfina products are carried. E-Gift Cards do
not have an expiration date or any associated service fees. E-Gift Cards are not redeemable or returnable for cash except as required by law and are not a credit or debit card. E-Gift Cards may not be resold in any manner whatsoever except as required by law. Sugarfina reserves the right to void e-Gift Cards without a refund if it suspects any breach of the foregoing terms.

Sugarfina is not responsible for e-Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address. Please check to make sure the email address is correct and contact Sugarfina at hello@sugarfina.com, or call 855-784-2734.
e-Gift Card Replacement
Lost, stolen or damaged cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase and will only be replaced in the amount of the gift card shown in our records at the time of the request. If an e-Gift card code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and the sole liability of Sugarfina, shall be the replacement of such e-Gift Card.
The issuer of this card, Sugarfina USA LLC, is the sole legal obligator to the cardholder and is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the card. All terms enforced except where prohibited by law.
If you have provided a correct email address, but the email containing the e-Gift card has not been received within a reasonable period, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
- Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
- Recipient's firewall blocked the email
- Email inbox is over size limit
- Invalid email address
