SKYY® Vodka Soda
1 ½ part SKYY® Vodka
4 ½ part soda
4 ice cubes
Fill a highball glass with the cubed ice. Then add 1 ½ parts of SKYY® Vodka. Top that off with soda and squeeze the grapefruit peel over the top and add to the cocktail as garnish.

Aperol Spritz
1 part Prosecco
1 part Aperol
1 splash soda
1 slice of orange
Start by adding ice into the glass then pour in the Prosecco, the Aperol, and add a splash of soda, top with a slice of orange. This serving avoids the Aperol settling at the bottom.

Grand Marnier Margarita
1 oz Grand Marnier® Cordon Rouge
1 oz tequila
0.5 oz lime juice
4 ice cubes
1 lime garnish
Cut a thin, crosswise slice from one of the lime halves for garnish. Holding glass upside down, dip wet half delicately into salt. Shake Grand Marnier®, tequila, and lime juice with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into glass and apply lime garnish to the rim.

2 parts Espolòn Blanco
1 part lime juice
Grapefruit soda
Pinch of sea salt
Combine in a highball glass on the rocks and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with a lime wheel.
